SOTEC Environmental Protection Staff Development Activities

   In order to cultivate employees' team awareness, enhance their psychological quality, enhance innovation and cohesion, build a harmonious and progressive corporate culture, and create a highly efficient, highly assisted, and practical team, the company expanded outdoors on September 1, 2018 Al Qaeda organized outreach training activities, and a total of 33 people from the company participated in the outreach activities.

   During the activity, 33 players were divided into two groups and had a fierce competition. Under the guidance of the coach and the leadership of the captains of each team, the two teams worked together to challenge and complete the "Communication Master, Super Keyboard, Post Station" "Biography, Tangram" and other competitive events.

   The two teams are chasing after me. It is difficult to distinguish between the top and bottom. Each team member shows a good mental state, actively participates and cooperates closely, and everyone is united and working together.

   Every time a project is completed, under the inspiration and guidance of the coach, the team members have a lively discussion and summarized in time. Through these extremely challenging experiential activities, the team members continue to tap their own potential and achieve self-transcendence; personally feel the importance of unity, collaboration, dedication, confidence, responsibility and other elements to team success. Expansion training enhances team cohesion and plan execution, and promotes mutual communication and exchanges.

   After the event, the team members said that the expansion training has benefited a lot, and this team spirit must be used in future work to contribute their wisdom and strength to the rapid development of SOTEC's environmental protection business.
