   The Zigong Lianhua Waste Treatment Plant is located in the coastal area. It was built in 1995. It covers an area of ​​150 acres and has a total storage capacity of 1.8462 million m³. It is designed to process 400 tons of waste per day. It will be closed in 2013. In 2014, in accordance with the assessment standards for creating a national garden city, the leachate from the Lianhua Waste Treatment Plant was entrusted to the Zigong Nengtou Huaxi Waste Power Plant for treatment. The leachate pool of the landfill has a large amount of water and is very close to the safe water level warning line, which poses environmental protection and safety hazards.

   The Lianhua Waste Treatment Plant has always used the leachate treatment system supporting the nearby incineration power plant. Due to the limited processing capacity, a large amount of leachate has accumulated in the plant's regulating tank for many years, and there is a risk of overflow. In order to reduce the risk, our company responded actively and urgently mobilized 3 two-stage DTRO integrated equipment for emergency treatment. During the operation of the equipment, the quality of the effluent water reached the standard, and the effluent rate reached 70%, which was highly praised by the local leaders.

Our company provides equipment: three sets of two-stage DTRO equipment.

System processing capacity: The maximum processing capacity is 500t/d, and the daily operation is 420-450t/d.

Actual water treatment volume: At present, the equipment processing influent water volume exceeds 40,000m³, and the system recovery rate is greater than 70%.

Effluent water quality: meet Table 3 of "Sewage Discharge Standard for Domestic Waste Landfill Site".
