Professor Lin Zhang, Expert in Environmental Science, Visits Shuote Technology for Guidance and Exchange

On February 26, Shuote Technology had the honor of inviting Professor Lin Zhang, a leading figure in the discipline of Environmental Science and Engineering at Central South University and Executive Deputy Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Heavy Metal Pollution Prevention and Control, to visit the company for exchange and guidance. Associate Professor Wu Can from Chengdu University of Technology accompanied the visit.

Professor Lin Zhang is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and a Distinguished Professor of the Changjiang Scholars Program under the Ministry of Education. She has long been dedicated to research in the field of environmental science and engineering, achieving outstanding accomplishments in the chemistry of heavy metal pollution control. She has undertaken over 80 scientific research projects, received multiple awards including national-level science and technology prizes, and published more than 480 SCI papers. In recognition of her exceptional contributions to the application of nanotechnology in heavy metal pollution prevention and control, Professor Lin was awarded the 15th Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award and the 2025 IUPAC Distinguished Women in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Award. Her visit brought invaluable academic guidance and industry insights to Shuote Technology.

During the exchange meeting, Ni Jinyuan, Chairman and General Manager of Shuote Technology, presented a detailed overview of the company's development history and future plans. Technical lead Wang Ying showcased the company's core products and technologies, including the Titanium Electrode High-Salt Water Oxidation Equipment, the Shuotai Ultra-Low Temperature Drying Equipment, as well as technologies for resource recovery and zero discharge of oil and gas field produced water, and SORT — Synergistic Oxidation and Reduction Technology. Professor Lin spoke highly of Shuote Technology's innovative achievements in the field of environmental protection technology and offered constructive suggestions regarding future collaboration directions.

Professor Lin Zhang's visit not only brought cutting-edge scientific research perspectives to Shuote Technology but also provided new ideas for the company's technical research and development in areas such as the treatment of challenging high-salinity, high-concentration, and highly concentrated wastewater, as well as resource recovery. Shuote Technology will continue to uphold its philosophy of "We are committed to solving problems for our customers," working closely with academia to jointly advance the progress and application of environmental protection technologies.
