On April 1, the Chengdu International Environmental Protection Expo grandly opened. As a major international event in the environmental protection field, this year's expo focused on green technology innovation under the "dual carbon" goals, bringing together experts, scholars, and environmental protection enterprises to jointly explore cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions in environmental governance. At the specialized seminar on "Treatment and Resource Utilization of High-Strength Wastewater," Shuote Technology's Technical Manager Wang Ying delivered a keynote report titled Application of Titanium Electrode High-Salt Water Oxidation Equipment in Industrial Wastewater, showcasing the company's breakthrough achievements in the field of high-salinity industrial wastewater treatment to the industry.

As industrial development accelerates and environmental protection policies tighten, high-salinity industrial wastewater treatment has become a major challenge. In China, the annual output of high-salinity industrial wastewater exceeds 300 million cubic meters, with over 10 million tons of high-salinity hazardous waste generated as a byproduct. A large portion of this waste remains inadequately disposed of, intensifying ecological pressure. Traditional technologies struggle to meet demands due to low treatment efficiency, equipment susceptible to corrosion and fouling, and difficulties in removing organic matter and ammonia nitrogen. Developing efficient high-salinity industrial wastewater treatment technologies has thus become an urgent problem for the industry to solve. Against the backdrop of increasingly strained global water resources, Shuote Technology's self-developed Titanium Electrode High-Salt Water Oxidation Equipment, characterized by its high efficiency, eco-friendliness, and safety, offers a brand-new solution to this challenge. The equipment employs a titanium-containing composite anode material that is resistant to acid, alkali, and high-potential corrosion, ensuring long service life and stability while efficiently removing organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, and chromaticity from wastewater. Through electrochemical oxidation technology, the reaction efficiency is effectively enhanced. Moreover, the equipment only requires electricity to operate, with no chemical agents added, thereby thoroughly avoiding secondary pollution. It is suitable for application scenarios including coal chemical wastewater, coking wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, and electroplating wastewater. The equipment has already been successfully applied in projects such as the Sinopec Yuanba Gas Field water treatment and coal chemical concentrated brine treatment.
