Impressive Debut of the Salt-Based Resourceful Water Treatment Technology Matrix

At this exhibition, Shuote Technology highlighted its technology and product portfolio centered on salt-based resourceful water treatment. Among these, the Shuotai Ultra-Low Temperature Drying Equipment employs innovative low-temperature evaporation technology, enabling efficient concentration and volume reduction of high-salinity, high-difficulty, and high-concentration wastewater at temperatures below 45°C. It is more energy-efficient than conventional evaporation technologies and is particularly suitable for treating high-viscosity, scale-prone, and heat-sensitive liquid materials such as evaporation mother liquor and concentrates. With its outstanding volume-reduction performance and stable operation, the equipment attracted numerous professional visitors who stopped by for inquiries.

The TAIJI High-Salinity Water Oxidation Equipment showcased Shuote's technological breakthrough in treating refractory high-salinity wastewater. The equipment utilizes Shuote's independently developed titanium-based composite anodes and an optimized electrocatalytic oxidation process, efficiently removing COD, ammonia nitrogen, and color from wastewater. Its oxidation efficiency is significantly higher than that of traditional processes, ensuring the quality of zero-discharge salt output. At the exhibition, representatives from multiple companies showed strong interest in the equipment and engaged in in-depth discussions with technical staff regarding specific application scenarios.

Among these, the SORT Synergistic Oxidation and Volume-Reduction Technology – a research achievement of Shuote Technology – leverages the synergistic effects of multiple oxidation technologies to efficiently remove organic matter, significantly reduce the evaporation scale in zero-discharge systems, improve the quality of crystalline salts, and minimize mother liquor production. This achieves dual optimization in both treatment efficiency and operating costs. The wastewater zero-liquid-discharge process optimization solutions, tailored to the characteristics of different industries, proposed customized integrated solutions for resource recovery and wastewater treatment, drawing widespread attention from participants.
