To fully implement the spirit of the Circular of the General Office of the Work Safety Committee of the State Council and the Ministry of Emergency Management on Organizing the 2025 National Work Safety Month Campaign (Document No. AWE〔2025〕1), Chengdu SOTEC Co., Ltd. carried out systematic work safety activities company-wide throughout June 2025 centering on the theme Everyone Prioritizes Safety, Everyone Masters Emergency Response – Identify Hidden Safety Hazards Around Us.

Consolidating Ideological Foundations Through Theoretical Publicity & Implementation
The Company Work Safety Committee held special study sessions to thoroughly interpret General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on work safety. All production departments hung themed banners, and electronic screens looped safety warning education videos to foster a strong atmosphere where "the red line of work safety prevails everywhere". In the first week of June, departments including the R&D Department and Production Department hosted dedicated learning sessions, where employees collectively watched the 2025 Work Safety Month Thematic Educational Promotional Video. In-depth analysis of accident cases reinforced the "life-first" philosophy and markedly elevated all staff’s awareness of work safety accountability.
Dynamic Zero-Clearance of Hidden Hazard Rectification
A full-coverage hazard inspection campaign was launched in the second week of June. Key departments such as the Production Department and Operation Department conducted targeted inspections covering four dimensions: personnel, equipment & facilities, environment, and management, in accordance with the Self-Inspection & Self-Correction Checklist for Hidden Safety Hazards. In the third week, all departments carried out centralized rectification against hazards identified via the checklist, achieving 100% closed-loop rectification of detected risks. Each department submitted a dedicated Special Report on Hazard Rectification, laying a data foundation for the long-term safety management mechanism.

Refining Practical Emergency Capabilities via Drills
In the final week of June, hazard elimination emergency drills were staged targeting 13 types of high-risk accidents: toxic gas inhalation & suffocation, pressure vessel explosion, boiler explosion, structural collapse, fall from height, fire, scald & burn, drowning, electric shock, lifting injury, mechanical injury, vehicle accidents, and flying object impact. Through realistic drills, employees mastered core capabilities including emergency evacuation, fire-fighting equipment operation, and casualty first aid, effectively delivering the goal of "everyone masters emergency response".

Through systematic arrangement and multi-dimensional execution, this Work Safety Month campaign greatly strengthened all employees’ sense of safety responsibility and on-site emergency disposal capability, building a robust safety bulwark for the company’s high-quality development. Work safety is an endless endeavor. Moving forward, SOTEC will continue to deepen special work safety rectification initiatives, refine the dual prevention mechanism of hierarchical risk control and hidden hazard inspection & rectification, and honor its commitment to the tenet of Everyone Prioritizes Safety, Everyone Masters Emergency Response.
