On July 22, 2019, the review meeting for the pilot test of leachate reverse osmosis concentrate treatment was held in the conference room on the 2nd floor of Deyang Solid Waste Disposal Co., Ltd. Deyang Municipal Bureau of Eco-Environment, Deyang Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau, and Chengdu SOTEC Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. attended the meeting. In particular, three experts were invited to participate in the review.
The meeting was held as a staged review of our company's landfill leachate concentrate treatment pilot test (TLD leachate concentrate treatment process).
During the two-month experiment, our company completed the DT organic removal membrane experiment, the ammonia removal membrane removal experiment, and the ozone oxidation experiment. In the experiment process, the process of DT organic removal membrane + deamination + advanced oxidation is used to treat the landfill leachate concentrate, and the final effluent COD, NH3-N, chroma, TN, suspended matter, five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) meets daily life Landfill pollution control standards (GB16889-2008) Table 2 emission standards.
The completion of the pilot experiment marked the achievement of important phased results in the concentrated liquid treatment project. After in-depth and detailed review by the leaders and experts at the meeting, they agreed that the TLD leachate concentrated liquid treatment process adopted by our company is feasible.
The review team suggested that it is necessary to continue to supplement and improve the engineering continuity experiment to achieve large-scale industrial applications. This review meeting played a positive role in promoting the next implementation of the project.
