Wastewater Treatment Equipment Shipped Smoothly to Wusheng Purification Plant of Daqing Oilfield

Recently, SOTEC has completed full delivery of the industrial wastewater treatment equipment contracted for the construction project of Sichuan Wusheng Purification Plant and its external transmission system under Daqing Oilfield. Complete sets of pre-treatment, biochemical wastewater treatment and other equipment branded "Manufactured by SOTEC" have been transported in batches to the project site in Wusheng County, Guang’an City, Sichuan Province, marking the official entry of this key energy and environmental protection project into the equipment installation phase.

Project Overview

Located in Wusheng County at the junction of Sichuan and Chongqing, this project constitutes a vital strategic layout of the Natural Gas Branch of Daqing Oilfield in Southwest China. Upon completion, it will substantially boost the regional natural gas purification capacity. Leveraging its technological strengths in industrial wastewater treatment, SOTEC delivers an integrated water treatment solution covering pre-treatment unit, biochemical treatment unit, odor control unit and other supporting modules.

Once put into operation, the project will treat over one million tons of industrial wastewater annually, ensuring environmentally compliant discharge throughout the natural gas purification process. At present, SOTEC’s engineering and operation & maintenance teams have arrived at the construction site to launch equipment installation and commissioning imminently.
