Sotec Technology Party Branch Launches Themed Event to Celebrate the 105th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist

The Party Branch of Chengdu Sotec Technology Co., Ltd. of the Communist Party of China was formally established recently. Upon approval by the higher-level Party organization and through election at the Party members’ meeting of the branch, Ni Jinyuan was elected Secretary of the Party Branch, Cui Honghua Deputy Secretary, Wang Lijun Member in charge of Organization, Xu Xuezhi Member in charge of Publicity, and Xu Jinpeng Member in charge of Discipline Inspection.

The founding of the Party Branch marks an important milestone in the development of Sotec Technology. It signals a crucial step forward for the enterprise in advancing development under the guidance of Party building. The Party’s leadership has been organically integrated into all aspects of corporate governance, injecting a powerful "red engine" for the high-quality development of the enterprise. It is believed that under the leadership of the newly elected committee members, the Party Branch will consolidate its organizational foundation through standardized development, unite and guide all Party members to take the lead and set an example in corporate technological innovation, market expansion and management upgrading, and effectively translate the Party’s organizational strengths into competitive advantages for corporate development.

To celebrate the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the first theme Party Day activity of the newly founded branch — Recall Original Aspirations Amid a Century of Glorious Struggles, Draw Inspiration from the Spirit of Chishui for Today’s Endeavours — was grandly held on July 1st. Centering on three sessions: the Party Members’ Meeting, a special Party lecture and a red-themed film screening, all Party members underwent an in-depth refinement of Party spirit through solemn and substantial organizational activities.

At the Party Members’ Meeting, all Party members sang the National Anthem. Secretary Ni Jinyuan presided over the meeting and outlined the agenda for the July 1st Theme Party Day Activity. Present Party members introduced themselves one by one, fostering mutual understanding and strengthening their sense of belonging to the organization. Afterwards, led by Secretary Ni Jinyuan, all Party members faced the Party flag and renewed their oath of membership. The resonant pledge once again reminded everyone of their original aspirations and readjusted their direction of progress.

During the special Party lecture, Secretary Ni Jinyuan delivered a speech covering three dimensions. First, he elaborated on the original intention and objectives of establishing the Party Branch, stressing the need to translate the Party’s political strengths into corporate governance strengths and ensure that the enterprise’s development always aligns with national strategies. Second, he conveyed the requirements and expectations of the Party Central Committee for the development of private enterprises, encouraging Party members to stay confident, serve the country through industrial development, and proactively integrate into the new development pattern. Third, he clarified the future work priorities of the Party Branch of Sotec Technology. He proposed to fully advance the in-depth integration of Party building and production and operation, and encouraged Party members to act as pioneers and role models in key posts such as technological innovation and market expansion, so as to truly realize that "effective Party building boosts productivity".

Meanwhile, Secretary Ni Jinyuan and all Party members jointly studied the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the ceremony marking the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. General Secretary Xi profoundly pointed out that the Communist Party of China "steadfastly pursues truth and always keeps to the right direction", "is deeply rooted among the people and always enjoys solid support", "courageously shoulders its historical mission and always maintains strategic initiative", "keeps abreast of development trends and always stands at the forefront of the times", "dares to and knows how to fight and always maintains unwavering confidence in victory", and "strives to strengthen itself and always brims with vitality". These six "always" epitomize the distinct character of the Party’s century-long struggle and offer profound enlightenment for the development of Sotec Technology.

In the afternoon, all Party members watched Crossing the Chishui River Four Times, a key tribute film commemorating the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army’s Long March. In the film, encircled by hundreds of thousands of enemy troops, the Red Army achieved a strategic breakthrough with pragmatic thinking and flexible tactics. This glorious battle case made all Party members deeply aware that in times of adversity, we need firm convictions and fearless spirit, as well as pragmatic, context-specific wisdom. These are not only the Red Army’s winning secrets, but also vital inspiration for Sotec Technology to break through challenges amid intense market competition.
