The equipment is highly automatic, which can completely solve the problem of high ammonia nitrogen, ensure the effluent water quality is stable and up to standard, and no hazardous waste is generated. In addition, it has excellent performance in equipment operation safety and energy efficiency, which is a major innovation of Shuote environmental Protection in the field of membrane treatment.

In this renshou project, Shuote Environmental Protection provided a complete solution for leachate concentration treatment system, which adopted the non-evaporative full leachate concentration treatment process of Shuote Environmental Protection. Through the full treatment of leachate concentrate, dahua LANDFILL greatly reduces its existing leachate treatment load and operating pressure, effectively improves the total treatment capacity, and truly achieves full treatment while eliminating environmental risk.

The site shows that the full non-evaporation treatment project of concentrated leachate of Renshou County has been put into operation since August 2020, and the equipment runs stably. The water produced by daily treatment is about 300 tons, and the effluent water quality is better than the table 2 standard of Pollutant Control Standard of Domestic Garbage Landfill (GB16889-2008).
