Tan joined Shuote Environmental Protection on April 13, 2020. Based on his excellent work, he arranged to go to guyu Hongxin Gas Field in Inner Mongolia in July of the same year for the fracturing flowback fluid equipment and the whole process treatment project, and was fully responsible for the project management. Due to the harsh environment in Inner Mongolia, many working areas and constant pressure from Party A, as the head of the project, he felt that he had great responsibility and heavy burden, so he always reminded himself that he must have high standards and strict requirements, and must walk in the front of the team.
