In the operation project, a sand filter tank of DTRO container equipment of the company needs to be backwashed, but due to the container design, it cannot be backwashed. Therefore, the production department, operation and maintenance center and operation center tried their best but failed to find a perfect solution to the problem.
In order to completely solve the sand change problem of the sand filter tank of the equipment, it was finally decided to open the hole at the top of the container, but the container supplier was not willing to help open the hole, at this time Chen Changbo stood out and took over this arduous task. He immediately developed a plan, proposed the use of acetylene cutting factory for opening, he methodically arranged the division of labor, calculate the size of the opening and cutting sequence and do a good job of safety protection. Finally, in close cooperation with team members, the sand change task was successfully completed.
