Sun skills, head | skills contest starts again

On May 28th, in order to promote the spirit of craftsman and strengthen the construction of the company's skill team, the production center of Chengdu Shuote Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. held the assembly and blanking skills competition. This competition consists of 8 assemblers and 2 blanking personnel. Adhering to the principle of "fairness, justice and openness", the production center invited Li Yanhui, director of the material Center of the company, as a guest, and Chen Huabin, director of the mechanical room, and other leaders as judges to attend the competition.
 
In this competition, two material groups compete one to one; Eight members of the assembly group will work in pairs and be divided into four groups. Two groups will compete in one round with a time limit of two hours for each round. This competition mainly inspects the competitors' working skills and experience within the specified time, and involves the wearing specifications of labor protection articles, the use skills of blanking tools, precision control, practicality, beauty and quality of assembly products. It plays a positive role in cultivating players' competitive consciousness, improving team cooperation ability and developing safe and standardized operation.
 
The referee will announce the start of the competition after the competitors carefully check the competition materials and wear the labor protection equipment. The atmosphere is very anxious, sweat beads on the forehead of the players, they give full play to their experience and skills, and constantly challenge themselves. Finally, all the competitors finish the race in the allotted time. After strict inspection, careful measurement and scoring of finished products by the judges, Chen Jun won the first prize in the blanking competition with an average score of 97 points. In the assembly competition, Qiu Yunjin and CAI Wanjun won the first prize with 96.5 points, Chen Changbo and Li Chuan won the second prize with 95.50 points, Du Jun and Zeng Jie won the third prize with 93.08 points.
 
This skill competition is a review of the company's practical operation level, and is an important measure to expand talent training channels and implement talent to strengthen the enterprise.
