Western Sichuan gas field water integrated treatment project delivered smoothly!

On November 18, the factory area of Chengdu Shuote Technology Co., Ltd. was full of activity. 12 large trucks loaded with equipment were lined up in turn, ready to go. This marked the official delivery of equipment for the comprehensive treatment project of gas field water in the development and construction of Leikoupo Gas reservoir in the West Sichuan Gas Field, the third large Marine gas field discovered by Sinopec in the Sichuan Basin. A total of 12 carloads were loaded this time, including 3 sets of DTRO equipment, 2 sets of RO equipment and their auxiliary equipment.

The gas field water Comprehensive treatment project is located at the western edge of the western Sichuan Plain, under the Longmen Mountains in Pengzhou, Sichuan Province, with a daily water treatment capacity of 1200 cubic meters. The West Sichuan Gas Field is scheduled to be fully completed and put into operation by the end of 2023. By then, the daily production of natural gas will exceed 5.4 million cubic meters, equivalent to meeting the daily demand of 7.5 million urban households, which will provide strong support for the natural gas supply of Chengdu economic circle.

Shuote Technology will escort the safe exploitation of west Sichuan gas field. The technical design, manufacturing, quality inspection and project management of the project are strictly implemented in accordance with the standard management system. All project members maintain the consistent rigorous attitude of Shuote Technology, check the product quality from the details, ensure the high-end quality of Shuote Technology manufacturing, and finally ushered in the equipment acceptance moment. On the morning of November 17th, the supervisor arrived at Shuote factory for equipment inspection. After the inspection was correct, all the goods were officially shipped at 8:00 am on the morning of November 18th.

Every piece of equipment contains the wisdom and sweat of Shuote people, and every vehicle full of equipment carries the hope and blessing of Shuote people. In the clear and magnificent whistle, all Shuote people in the factory drive out of the factory to the Pengzhou project site.

At 11 a.m. on the same day, all the goods arrived at the Pengzhou project site, and the staff of the engineering Department of Shuote Technology waiting on the site immediately organized the unloading. At 3pm, all the equipment was placed in the position designated by the owner and acceptance was completed successfully.
