This technology is a non-evaporative concentrated liquid full treatment technology independently developed by Shuote Technology, using the integrated process technology of "pretreatment +DT high-pressure material film + ammonia recovery + multiphase collaborative catalytic oxidation + ultra-low temperature drying", the effluent water quality can stably meet the "Domestic waste Landfill Pollution Control Standard" (GB16889-2008) Table 2 or Table 3 standards. The solid residue rate is less than 5%, the operating cost is lower than the conventional evaporation process technology, the footprint is small, the construction cycle is short, the modular equipment is flexible, and it belongs to the leading technology of the first in China. It has successfully implemented engineering application in Renshou, Zigong, Jianyang, Chongqing and other projects, and has a good demonstration effect.

The drying temperature of ultra-low temperature drying technology is only 37-45℃, which greatly reduces the energy consumption, and reduces the concentration of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen in the condensate, filling the domestic low temperature evaporation and drying crystallization gap, and helping to achieve the "double carbon" goal.
