First, save energy, reduce energy consumption, medicine consumption. The first direction is to optimize the aeration system. The role of the aeration system is to provide oxygen to aerobic activated sludge, so as to provide microorganisms to consume organic matter in order to achieve the purpose of removing most of the organic matter, and also provide oxygen to nitrifying bacteria, so that the nitrification of nitrogen pollutants can be removed. Because the power consumption of aeration system is the largest, it is very important to upgrade it. Not only to ensure appropriate and sufficient aeration for microbial growth and reproduction, but also to ensure that the effluent quality is up to standard. This will be the stability and precision of the entire system hardware equipment and control device, and even to the flow meter, level meter installation has strict and meticulous requirements, the comprehensive consideration of many factors, will effectively achieve the purpose of energy saving. The second direction is to optimize dosing system. Through the comparison of product performance of equipment, choose a more stable and reliable dosing device, or choose a digital pump to replace the common frequency conversion metering pump; When dealing with different types of wastewater, the water quality and quantity of sewage and operation parameters of dosing system are analyzed by big data, and the dosing system is refined and controlled. It not only reduces unnecessary chemical loss and energy consumption of equipment operation, but also reduces the possibility of corrosive chemical erosion to equipment and prolongs the service life of equipment. On the one hand, it reduces the consumption of raw materials, on the other hand, it also reduces the operation cost of sewage treatment process to a certain extent, and increases the economic benefits.
Second, recycle recycled water. Reclaimed water is the water that has been treated by the sewage treatment plant to reach the standard. It has the advantages of not being affected by climate, not competing with neighboring areas for water, being available on the spot, and being stable and reliable. However, it is often discharged after reaching the standard and wasted. Why not reuse it in a safe way. Although not drinkable, it can be used for many occasions with low water quality requirements, such as industrial water, washing, spraying, etc., which is an inestimable wealth of water resources. The reuse of these water means saving part of energy consumption and drug consumption, not only reducing the emission of pollution sources, but also reducing carbon emissions to implement the green environmental protection concept of sustainable development strategy.
Third, comprehensive utilization of sludge. According to incomplete statistics, sludge production in China will break through 60 million tons by 2020, which is quite large. Comprehensive utilization of sludge is of great significance to rational utilization of resources and reduction of environmental pollution.
Sludge composting treatment, the parasites and pathogenic bacteria are almost completely killed, microbial fermentation in a humid environment, the oxidation decomposition of organic components into humus, can be used as fertilizer into farmland, to reduce the use of chemical fertilizer. And this method does not require dehydration treatment, reducing power loss. In another way, the dehydrated sludge can be used as raw materials for the construction industry, which not only properly solves the problem of the whereabouts of the sludge, but also reduces the production and manufacture of raw materials, and indirectly achieves the purpose of carbon emission reduction. Moreover, because there is a higher content of organic matter in sludge, it can be used to produce biogas, hydrogen, syngas, biodiesel and other clean energy. These clean energy can not only be used in sewage treatment plants, provide heat and electricity, and even can be exported, resulting in certain economic benefits.
"Achieving carbon peak and carbon neutrality" is an extremely challenging global task, covering energy, economy, society, climate and environment, and involving the public, enterprises, governments and countries.
